PURPOSE: An integrated insulation board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a defective rate by preventing a material reacting with urethane from flowing into a polyester fiber sheet during a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: An integrated insulation board comprises a first polyester fiber sheet(11), a nonwoven fabric(21), a hard urethane foam sheet(31), and a second polyester fiber sheet(41). The nonwoven fabric is loaded on the top of the first polyester fiber sheet. The hard urethane foam sheet is formed by spreading a material reacting with urethane on the nonwoven fabric. The second polyester fiber sheet is loaded on the hard urethane foam sheet. |
