NOVEL PYRAZOLOPYRIDINE DERIVATIVES OR PHARMACEUTICALLY ACCEPTABLE SALTS THEREOF, PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION THEREOF AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A novel pyrazolo pyridine derivative and a pharmaceutical composition containing the derivatives are provided to suppress GSK-3beta and to prevent or treat HIV dementia. CONSTITUTION: A pyrazolo pyridine derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the derivative comprises: a step of oxidizing ketone compounds of chemical formula 2 according to chemical equation 1 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 3; a step of dehydrating the compound of chemical formula 3 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 4; a step of condensing the compound of chemical formula 4 with 2-aminomalonitrile to prepare a compound of chemical formula 5; a step of reducing the compound of chemical formula 5 with phosphorous trichloride to prepare a compound of chemical formula 6; a step of performing sandmeyer reaction of the compound of chemical formula 6 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 7; a step of performing cyclization of the compound of chemical formula 7 with hydrazine hydrate to prepare a compound of chemical formula 8; a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 8 with a compound of chemical formula 9 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 10; and a step of removing a protection group from the compound of chemical formula 10.
