PURPOSE: A three-dimensional display device and a driving method thereof are provided to increase display quality by displaying original left-eye and right-eye images without down-sampling. CONSTITUTION: A control circuit writes left-eye image data of a first memory device to a lower left-eye liquid crystal cell. The control circuit writes the left-eye image data to the left-eye liquid crystal cell. The control circuit addresses right-eye image data to the first and second memory devices. The control circuit writes right eye image data stored in the second memory device.
