PURPOSE: A backflow prevention deaeration device with a plate structure which can be installed on the top of a waterproof layer and guides the formation of a uniform coat layer is provided to maximize deaeration performance during a composite waterproofing method. CONSTITUTION: A backflow prevention deaeration device(100) with a plate structure which can be installed on the top of a waterproof layer and guides the formation of a uniform coat layer comprises a main body(110), a housing(120), a regulation unit(130), and check valves(140). The housing sets the reference height of a coat layer when the coat layer is formed. The regulation unit is formed between the main body and the housing and supports the housing. The check valves are formed on one side of the housing. The check valves exhaust moisture and steam to the outside and prevent foreign materials from flowing into the device.
