PURPOSE: A device for automatically cleansing grilling unit is provided to start an automatic cleaning of used grill plates by switching on a grill plate moving switch and successively clean the grill plates. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically cleansing grilling unit comprises a grill plate rotating motor, a cleaning unit, and a waste water discharging unit. A grill plate is composed of rods of a stainless steel material. The rods are arranged side by side at a constant interval. A groove to fit a grill plate chain(111) which is a power transferring mean is formed in both end parts of the rod. The grill plate is continuously rotates toward a predetermined direction by the grill plate rotating motor and grill plate chain. |
