PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the reliability of a display device by decreasing a contact resistor through an uneven pattern on a conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: A buffer layer(101) is formed on a substrate(200). A gate isolation layer(103) is formed on the buffer layer. A conductive layer(104) is formed on the gate insulation layer. A gate electrode(105) is formed on the conductive layer. An interlayer dielectric layer(106) is formed on the gate electrode. A drain electrode(107) is formed on the interlayer dielectric layer.
