PURPOSE: A composite insulation member for a ship is provided to absorb impact and vibration and to obtain soundproofing and heat insulation effects by consecutively installing a hard rubber sheet and an insulation member on the top surface of a fixed fireproofing sponge. CONSTITUTION: A composite insulation member for a ship comprises a fixed fireproofing sponge(1100), a double aluminum foil(1300), a fireproofing sponge(1400), a soundproofing and vibration proofing hard rubber sheet(1200), and an insulation member. The fixed fireproofing sponge is attached on the indoor wall surface of a ship. The double aluminum foil has an air layer attached on the top surface of the fixed fireproofing sponge by a fireproofing binding member. The fireproofing sponge is attached to the top surface of the double aluminum foil having the air layer and is thicker than the fixed fireproofing sponge. The hard rubber sheet is attached between the fixed fireproofing sponge and the aluminum foil by the fireproofing binding member. The insulation member includes at least one of a industrial aluminum foil of 0.2-1mm, a glass yarn, or a foaming aluminum plate of 5-10mm. |
