PURPOSE: A shoe equipped with a sole and an impact absorbing member is provided to enhance durability, adhesives and to facilitate assembly work, thereby enhancing productivity. CONSTITUTION: A shoe equipped with a sole and an impact absorbing member comprises an elastic member(140), a first fixture(135), a second fixture(137), and a supporting member(150). The elastic member consists of a square plane shaped disc coil spring or circular plane shaped coil spring. The first fixture is arranged in lower part of the elastic member, and a ring shaped settling portion which an end part of the elastic member can be settled is formed in upper side. The second fixture is arranged in top part of the elastic member, and the ring shaped settling portion which the end part of the elastic member can be settled is formed in lower side. The supporting member has a receiving part which contains the elastic member, and both ends of the supporting member are welded in the first fixture and the second fixture.
