PURPOSE: A jig for manufacturing inductor coils and an inductor coil manufacturing apparatus using the same are provided to prevent unwinding of a coil which is arranged into multiple layers by attaching an enamel layer by heating. CONSTITUTION: A grip unit(1) comprises a grip surface(11) for griping a coil. The grip surface comprises a protrusion(111) for griping the coil. The protrusion is projected on a position separated from the outer surface of a cylindrical part(2) connected to the grip surface. An inclined surface(112) projected to a combining direction of the cylindrical part is formed on the opposite side of the protrusion. A push unit(3) is combined in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical part in order to be able to slide.
