PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to reduce vibration and noise due to eccentricity fixing of a disk. CONSTITUTION: A spindle motor(100) includes a shaft(140), a clamp(170), and a connecting member(180). The shaft includes an extension portion(142). The extension portion penetrates a hub(150). The clamp is installed in the extension portion. The connecting member is connected to the shaft. The connecting member fixes a location of the clamp.
