PURPOSE: An agricultural product drying system using a cold and hot air heater is provided to reduce the drying time for agricultural products, and to improve the quality of dried agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural product drying system comprises the following: a drying rack installed inside a house for inserting agricultural products; a cold and hot air heater connecting a duct to the drying rack, and supplying hot or cold air by turns into the drying rack for drying the agricultural products through controlling the drying tempering; a burner heating water inside a heat exchange water bag; inlet and outer pipes circulating the heated water inside the heat exchange water bag toward a heat-exchanger; cold water inlet and outlet pipes connected to the heat-exchanger for flowing cold underground water; and a blowing fan discharging cold or hot air to a predetermined place using the duct by being installed on one side of the heat-exchanger. |
