PURPOSE: A track spring tension maintenance apparatus for a construction heavy equipment is provided to increase the lifetime of under carriage components and prevent the separation of a track shoe assembly through keeping the tension of the track shoe assembly and a track spring evenly. CONSTITUTION: A track spring tension maintenance apparatus for a construction heavy equipment comprises an automatic grease feeder(160). The automatic grease feeder is installed in the piston(140) of a track spring assembly(100). The automatic grease feeder maintains the tension of a track spring(130) through increasing the tension of the track spring by supplying grease to a cylinder body(110) automatically in case of the tension of the track spring is insufficient.
