<p>The present invention relates to a method for the preparation of the sodium salt of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) comprising the steps of supplying a de-fatted phase containing DNA molecules, supplying at least one primary solution, containing sodium chloride, suitable for solubilising the de-fatted phase or for suspending it, and feeding the de-fatted phase and the primary solution to a primary mixing reactor so as to obtain a de-fatted mixture. The method further comprises a step of cooling the de-fatted mixture to a predefined cooling temperature, which comprises a step of taking a portion of the de-fatted mixture from the primary reactor, and a step of reintroducing such portion into it.</p> |
