METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING OF BEAN SPROUTS BEVERAGE

PURPOSE: Processing method and apparatus for bean sprout drink having excellent quality are provided to enable users to produce the bean sprout drink without the unique bad smell of bean sprouts. CONSTITUTION: A producing method for bean sprout drink comprises the following steps: cultivating bean sprouts using purified water or magnetic water for 2-3 days, and supplying processed sulfur magnetic water to the bean sprouts 4-5 times a day for 2 days; washing the bean sprouts, and removing the moisture; boiling or steaming the washed bean sprouts for 3-5 minutes, and cooling to obtain the steamed bean sprouts; and crushing and mixing the bean sprouts with magnetic water using a mixing and crushing device. The magnetic water is obtained by applying weak current to water, and irradiating the water with far infrared rays.
