<p>PURPOSE: A pyrophyllite based filler and a method for preparing the same are provided to continuously maintain the radiation effect of far infrared ray and negative ions and obtain the superior durability and chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION: A pyrophyllite based filler contains 100 weight% of an inorganic-based mixed material, an transition metal oxide, and a stabilizer. 40 to 60 weight% of pyrophyllite, 20 to 40 weight% of basalt, 5 to 20 weight% of zeolite are pulverized and crushed to prepare the inorganic-based mixed material. A method for preparing the pyrophyllite based filler contains the following: the mixed material is classified. The transition metal oxide and the stabilizer are added to the classified mixed material, and a sintering process is implemented.</p> |
