PURPOSE: A driving controller and a nonvolatile memory device including the same are provided to reduce current consumption by generating only the write current for an operation mode. CONSTITUTION: A reset pulse activator(100) provides a reset pulse enable signal based on a partition enable signal and a command signal. A set pulse enabling unit(200) provides a set pulse enable signal based on the partition enable signal and the command signal. The command signal includes a program signal, an erase signal, and an overwrite signal.
