PURPOSE: An anti-derailment device of a wire rope for a winding machine is provided to prevent safety accidents by automatically and emergently stopping a winding machine when a wire rope derails from a groove of a wire drum. CONSTITUTION: An anti-derailment device of a wire rope for a winding machine comprises a support(210), a bracket(220), an arm part(230), a roller(240), and tension adjusting parts(250). The support is fixed in a frame of a winding machine. The bracket is fixed in the support to be located above a wire drum. The arm unit comprises arms(231) and a connection bar(232). The roller is coupled to one end of the arms to pressurize a wire rope. Each tension adjusting part comprises an elastic member(252). One end of the elastic member is fixed at the top of the bracket and the other end thereof is fixed in the connection bar. |
