PURPOSE: A cosmetic puff and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to automatize and simplify a handle installation process at low cost. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic puff comprises a puff part(1), the cover unit(2), and a handle(21). The puff part is dipped into powder and put on human body. In the cover unit, a center handle is formed by cutting and is combined with the puff part by compressing edges after being welded in upper side of the puff part. A manufacturing method of the cosmetic puff comprises the following steps: forming a handle in the cover unit; and welding the cover unit in the puff unit and compressing edges of the cover unit at the same time. |
