PURPOSE: A registering trademark notification service system capable of having possibility of cancelation by not using it are provided to notify a possibility of trademark right to be canceled about the trademark after searching trademark, which is not used during constant period to a trademark holder in advance, thereby preventing the registered trademark to be canceled. CONSTITUTION: A communication networks(10) performs data communication by connecting unspecified communication lines. A trademark DB server(30) establishes registration trademark data among information related to trademark provided from a trademark information server(20). A search server(40) searches whether to use the established registration trademark data. The search server classifies trademarks capable of having cancelation possibility by not using it. A notification server(50) notifies the cancelation possibility about the classified trademarks. |
