The heat-exchanger i.e. condenser (1), has two distribution chambers for distributing fluid (F1) i.e. cooling fluid, respectively, for an input (9a) and an outlet (9b). The distribution chambers include collectors (11a, 11b) that are integrally formed with two surfaces, which are arranged opposite to each other. One of the surfaces is provided with multiple branches (19) that are inserted between ends (5a, 5b) of tubes (5). Covers (13a, 13b) are provided for closing the respective chambers, and are in contact with the other surface in order to define a chamber for the fluid.
