PURPOSE: A support stand variable carrier is provided to prevent a bending phenomenon of a substrate during a reflow process by changing a position of a support stand in order to support a substrate regardless of a kind of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of holes(110) is formed on the upper/lower parts of a frame(100) with a fixed interval. A plurality of coupling holes in which a screw thread is formed is formed on the frame. One or more support stands(200) are located inside the frame. The support stand comprises a combining part(210) combined with one or more holes among the plurality of holes. A combining hole is formed on the support stand which is combined with the coupling hole using a male screw.
