PURPOSE: A fomentation pack having gel beads is provided to use for long time by inserting gel beads which continuously have heat inside. CONSTITUTION: A fomentation pack having gel beads comprises an outer cover(10) and gel beads(30). The outer cover is made of transparent synthetic resin material and peripheral edge is welded to a junction and inside is sealed up. The gel beads are inserted inside the outer cover, and volume of the gel beads are expanded by absorbing water once the beads touch water. Compression units are formed in each edges of the outer cover. Narrow paths are formed in both sides of the compression unit. An exhausting part is formed in a junction which the compression unit is formed.
