APPARATUS FOR ESTIMATING COATING VALUE

PURPOSE: A coating performance evaluating device is provided to rapidly and precisely evaluated a resin coating condition of a steel plate on the whole by easily controlling a thickness of a resin and to facilitate a prior experiment evaluation when developing a new coating material coated on a surface of the steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A coating performance evaluating device(1) comprises a frame(20), a pickup roll(30), a transition roll(40), and a coating material pressing unit. The frame is arranged on a storage of a coating material. The pickup roll and transition roll are arranged to be rotated in due order so that a coating material(12) is spread on the frame. The coating material pressing unit is arranged to be moved toward the transition roll on the frame. The coating material pressing unit is composed so that the coating performance evaluation is possible.
