The support (1) has a mast (4) fixed to the trunk of a tree (3) via a fixing element. The fixing element includes a vertical sliding unit (5) for sliding the mast with respect to the tree for height adjustment (H), and another vertical sliding unit (6) for sliding of a telecommunication antenna (2) relative to the mast for height adjustment (h) of an end of the antenna, where the sliding units act parallel to the axis of the trunk of the tree. The former sliding unit includes two flanges (7, 8) associated with each other through two rods.
