PURPOSE: A device and method for separating and assembling a micro part is provided to separate a micro part by using a separation motor providing a separating fore to a probe and to utilize accurate 3D information of the micro part by using depth information of the micro part. CONSTITUTION: A device and method for separating and assembling a micro part(10) comprises a separation part(100), a first photographing part(200), and a second photographing part(300). The separation part separates a micro part on a substrate(20). The first photographing part arranged in the lower part of the substrate photographs of the micro part. The second photographing part arranged in a lateral side of the substrate photographs the micro part.
