<p>A communication control unit of a communication management device of the present invention, upon receiving a call request from an intercom terminal for which a mobile phone terminal is the object of the call, stores phonebook information in which identification information of each of the intercom terminal and the mobile phone terminal have each been associated with each other into a phonebook storage unit, selects a switching center server such that the load conditions monitored thereof by a load monitoring unit are low compared to other switching center servers among a plurality of switching center servers, transmits the identification information of the switching center server to the intercom terminal, transmits the call request for which the intercom terminal is the requester as well as the identification information of the switching center server to the mobile phone terminal, and transmits the phonebook information in which the identification information of each of the intercom terminal and the mobile phone terminal have been associated with each other to at least the switching center server.</p> |
