Novelty: mechanical roster equipped with little spits. Constitution: spit-supporting cylinders 1 destined for the direct fixing of the spits thereon, a plate 2 retaining said cylinders, a mechanism (6,7) setting into rotation these last and a system (3,4) assisting the fixing and rotation of the foregoing plate in the upright position. The rotation of the spit-supporting cylinders and, consequently, the rotation of the small spits is ensured by a motor 5 adequately connected to said cylinders. Advantages: uniform roasting due to the constant rotation velocity; minimization of the user’s distress thanks to the automatic mechanical rotation and the automatic control systems provided; cost reduction, optimal roasting and, thereby, easy use of the device promoting mass production. |
