NORADRENERGIC AND SPECIFIC SEROTONERGIC ANTIDEPRESSANT-CONTAINING TRANSDERMAL PATCH

The invention is a transdermal patch which contains a noradrenergic and specific serotonergic antidepressant (NaSSA) such as mirtazapine as an active ingredient and can transdermally and quantitatively administer the active ingredient. Further, the transdermal patch of the invention exhibits a sufficient therapeutic effect, can suppress side effects which are problematic in oral administration, improves patient compliance and quality of life (QOL), and can solve various problems. Preferably, the patch provided by the invention contains the active ingredient in an amount of 2 to 30% by mass with respect to the amount of a drug-containing layer.
