PURPOSE: An electrostatic capacitive type TSP(Touch Screen Panel) is provided to reduce scratch of an electronic pattern by reducing impact which is applied to an electrode pattern by a polishing belt in a module cleaning process. CONSTITUTION: An electrode forming unit(A) includes first electrode rows and second electrode rows. A routing line forming unit(B) is formed on a substrate and includes a first routing wire and a second routing wire. First connection patterns(120) are formed within the electrode forming unit. First insulating patterns(130a) are formed on the substrate to expose both sides of the first connection pattern.
