摘要 PURPOSE: A control method and device for oil pumps of plug in hybrid electric vehicles are provided to rapidly notifying fault signals of a hall sensor or motor by communicating with a main controller through a CAN(Controller Area Network) transceiver. CONSTITUTION: A control device(10) for oil pumps for plug in hybrid electric vehicles comprises a motor driving unit(42), a hall sensor(44), a CAN transceiver(60), a CPU(Central Processing Unit)(30), and a power supply unit(20). The motor driving unit drives a motor(43) for driving the oil pump. The hall sensor senses a location of a motor rotor. The CAN transceiver receives and transmits PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) signals from a main control unit(100). The CPU receives the RPM of an engine and the target RPM from the main control unit. The CPU sends the target RPM to the motor driving unit. The CPU receives the real RPM of the motor for driving the oil pump from the motor driving unit, and transmits the real RPM to the main control unit. The power supply unit supplies power to the CPU and motor driving unit.
