<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording method of BCA data having high reliability to a storage medium, the storage medium, a reproducing method of the BCA data from the storage medium, and a manufacturing device for the storage medium. <P>SOLUTION: Thickness of a film material used for a recording layer for BCA data or near an inner periphery of a storage medium in a vicinity of the BCA data is formed in uniform thickness, by using a base material of the storage medium formed by being sucked by suction mechanisms 71 and 72 formed in an arc shape so that the adjacent two suction mechanisms are integrated.
