<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a substrate for a light emitting element mounting which allows miniaturization and has high reflectance. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a substrate for a light emitting element mounting which allows miniaturization and has high reflectance, comprises a step for preparing a glass ceramic material for an insulating layer and a glass ceramic material for a restriction layer having different sinter temperatures respectively, being individually formed in a tabular sheet and stacking them to form a tabular stacked body in which the insulating layers 11 and the restriction layers 12 are stacked alternately and the restriction layer 12 is formed at the top; and a step for providing a region 17 to be a mounting part for the light emitting element on an upper surface of the tubular stacked body and stacking the glass ceramic material for the insulating layer on the upper surface of the tabular stacked body so as surround the region 17 to be the mounting part like a frame to form and sinter the stacked body. The method for manufacturing a substrate 9 for a light emitting element mounting which allows miniaturization and has high reflectance, can be provided, because contraction difference between an upper part and a lower part of the frame 3 are utilized to incline an inner surface of the frame 3 and an inner surface of a recess part are not made a fracture surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
