<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct ultrasound data. <P>SOLUTION: The method for correcting ultrasound data includes: acquiring ultrasound data and transmitting it as received ultrasound signals along conductive pathways (202) of channels; determining a crosstalk signal that is generated in one or more of the channels by at least one of transmission of the received ultrasound signals along the channels or vibration of the transducer elements (104); and modifying subsequently acquired ultrasound signals that are transmitted along the channels based on the crosstalk signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
