<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure that accurately positions the axial direction of an oscillation shaft part 24c of a link member 19c, and smoothly oscillates the link member 19c even when the positional relationship between a pair of support wall parts 28 and 28a supporting both ends of the oscillation shaft part 24c varies somewhat. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillation shaft part 24c includes a pair of engagement shaft parts 33 and 33 whose outer peripheral surfaces are spherical projecting surfaces on axial both end surfaces of an intermediate shaft part 32. The both engagement shaft parts 33 and 33 are engaged with the inside of concentric circular holes 29 and 29a formed in the both support wall parts 28 and 28a.
