<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a user in improving his or her lifestyle continuously with less resistance even when the user is less motivated to improve his or her lifestyle. <P>SOLUTION: A server of a lifestyle management system repeatedly executes transmission of questions to an information terminal device and reception of answers to the questions transmitted from the information terminal device, selects a behavior menu suitable for the user to transmit the behavior menu to the information terminal device, receives an execution state of the transmitted behavior menu from the information terminal device, and transmits the next state of the behavior menu to the information terminal device when the execution state shows attainment of standards for achievement of the transmitted behavior menu.
