<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an inner adjuster from falling off from an outer adjuster by preventing galvanic corrosion and backlash. <P>SOLUTION: The adjuster structure includes: an outer adjuster 2 disposed in the axial core part of a cap 11 closing the upper opening of a vehicle body side tube 1, so as to be vertically movable and turned around the axial core line C of the vehicle body side tube 1; and an inner adjuster 3 disposed inside the outer adjuster 2 and turnable around the axial core line C of the vehicle body side tube 1. A positioning means provided between the inner adjuster 3 and outer adjuster 2 comprises a through-hole 3c formed in the inner adjuster 3, a concave part 2d formed in the outer adjuster 2 and aimed at the through-hole 3c, and a connection member disposed in the through-hole 3c with the outside part facing the recess 2d.
