<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer object underwater diffusion prevention device capable of being arranged without a gap between a transfer origin and a transfer destination even when an interval of both changes when transferring a transfer object such as dredged sediment on water and preventing diffusion even when the transfer object falls underwater between both. <P>SOLUTION: By fixing both ends of a core material 4 having elastic restoration force to an upper end fixing frame 10 of a pollution prevention membrane installed at the transfer origin, the core material 4 is projected by elastic deformation toward a conveyance ship 14 installed at the transfer destination. By bringing floats 2 arrayed along the projected core material 4 into contact with the conveyance ship 14, even when an interval of the upper end fixing frame 10 and the conveyance ship 14 changes due to a wave motion or a tidal current or the like, an underwater diffusion prevention device 1 is arranged so as to absorb the change and not to generate a gap between them, and the dredged sediment which falls underwater between them is enclosed on the inner side of a diffusion prevention film 3 suspended at the lower part of the floats 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
