<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manufacture a segment magnetic piece of reverse radial magnetic orientation at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a segment magnetic piece for a motor rotor includes: a step of obtaining a circular magnetic material 1 including radial magnetization orientation extending from the center in a radial direction; a step of obtaining an original magnetic piece 2 by dividing the magnetic material 1 into a constant length in a circumferential direction; and a step of obtaining a segment magnetic piece 5 by molding a concave inner circumferential arc surface 2a of the original magnetic piece 2 to a prescribed convex arc surface 5a. An outer circumferential arc surface 2b side of the segment magnetic piece 5 is fixed to a circumferential surface of a rotor 3 that faces a stator 4, and the desired number of segment magnetic pieces 5 are arranged in the circumferential direction of the circumferential surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
