<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether original data is upside down, using form information of mask position pattern data for masking the original data obtained by scanning a paper document. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 1010 provides a function of selecting the original data obtained by scanning the paper document and a function of selecting mask position pattern data for masking the original data, by an application 30 for material creation. Using the form information of the mask position pattern data, the control part 1010 determines whether the selected original data is upside down, rotates a page determined to be upside down by 180 degrees, and stores a log file of the determination result and the correction of the upside-down posture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
