<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding method of coil wire terminal which allows for stabilized bonding of a coil wire to a coil terminal while preventing the leading end of the coil terminal from becoming unstable by fusing, and to provide a coil terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The bonding method of coil wire terminal includes a step for configuring a coil terminal 12 of a first terminal 12A and a terminal 12B having a fusion temperature lower than that of the first terminal, a step for winding a coil wire 11 around the coil terminal 12, and a step for supplying heat to the coil terminal 12 by arc discharge while supplying air to a binding part 13 where the terminal of the coil wire 11 is bound around the coil terminal 12, removing a heat-proof coat of the coil wire 11 at the binding part 13, fusing a portion of the second terminal 12B and bonding the coil wire 11 and the coil terminal 12 at the binding part 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
