<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding band for forming a circular ring whose largeness, size, diameter etc. are freely set by a user to be steadily maintained while establishing the circular ring state. <P>SOLUTION: This binding band 1 includes: a band part 5 having both faces of a front face 21 and a back face 22, first fitting protrusions 2 being arranged in a line form in the longitudinal direction on one side face 12 of the band part 5 and second fitting protrusions 3 being arranged in a line form in the longitudinal direction on the another side face 4 of the band part 5; a buckle part 7 with an insertion hole 6 for inserting the band part 5 arranged at one end 8 of the band part 5; a first catching piece 9 for catching the first fitting protrusions 2 with a first operation piece 13 extended from the first catching piece 9, being prepared on a wall face 10 or the like of the insertion hole 6; and a second catching piece 11 for catching the second fitting protrusions 3 being prepared on a wall face 10A of the insertion hole 6.
