<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly swing a centrifugal container without enlarging a space surrounding the centrifugal container and a tube. <P>SOLUTION: A centrifugal separator 100 includes a rotary arm 25, a motor that rotates the rotary arm 25 around its rotary axis, a centrifugal container 1 supported by the rotary arm 25 so as to be swingable around a swing shaft 27 disposed on a position away in the radial direction from the rotary axis, a tube 15 with one end thereof connected to the centrifugal container 1, and a rotary joint connected to the other end of the tube 15 and fixed to the rotary arm 25 to connect the tube 15 and an external pipeline so as to allow a fluid to flow therebetween even when the rotary arm 25 is rotating. Container-side nozzles 13A, 13B on one end of the tube 15 are connected to the centrifugal container 1.
