摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a load drive device having a slew rate for driving a load at a target value. <P>SOLUTION: A drive circuit 30 including a first reference power supply 32, a switching element 34, a current generation section 35 and an operational amplifier 33 is first formed on a semiconductor substrate. A first reference voltage of the first reference power supply 32 is adjusted to adjust the magnitude of a constant current flowing to a load 10. A tail current generated by the current generation section 35 is then trimmed such that the tail current increases to adjust a slew rate of the operational amplifier 33. A rise slope of the constant current flowing to the load 10 when the operational amplifier 33 drives the switching element 34 can thus be adjusted at a target value until the constant current reaches a constant value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
