Image information, including information indicating whether or not a current slice is a GPB slice, is received from an encoder, and reference picture list 0 and reference picture list 1 are generated on the basis of the information indicating whether or not a current slice is a GPB slice. According to the present invention, the amount of information transmitted from an encoder to a decoder is reduced, and encoding efficiency is enhanced. |
