Dialysis concentrate held in vessels as sludge for powder or granule components and solution of dissolved acid components for preparation of batches

The dialysis concentrate has the components of the acid concentrate components in a vessel in a high concentration. The dialysis concentrate is a sludge of at least one powder or granule component. The other components of the concentrate are held while dissolved in water or a number of powder or granule components are in a sludge, and the other components of the acid concentrate components are dissolved in water. The basic component of the dialysis concentrate is dry, and stored in a separate vessel. An independent claim is also included for an apparatus to prepare the dialysis concentrate, with a vessel (4) to hold components in a sludge. It has a batch vessel (5), with a connecting tube between the vessels (4,5). It has a water feed (1) and outlet (21), and a pump (11) for the recirculation of the dialysis concentrate and water, to dissolve the solid components wholly and homogeneously in an even distribution.
