<p>A one-step formed paper roll pen comprises a pen shaft (20) and a pen cap (40) made by rolling a piece of die-cut paper (30), and a pen refill (10) wrapped in the pen shaft (20). The die-cut paper (30) has a first cut (31), and the die-cut paper (30) further has a horizontal cut (321) and a vertical cut (322) in the form of a dotted line. An internal surface of the die-cut paper (30) is provided with an adhesive tape (33). The paper roll pen is one-step formed during a machining process, which reduces machining procedures, and saves time and labor, thereby significantly saving manpower and materials.</p> |
