<p>The present invention provides a method and system for implementing welcome multimedia message. The method includes that: a multimedia messaging service center judges whether a multimedia messaging service terminal, which transmits a request to the multimedia messaging service center, uses multimedia messaging service for the first time or not, if yes, the pre-edited welcome multimedia message is forwarded to the corresponding multimedia messaging service terminal; the system includes the multimedia messaging service center for receiving and forwarding the multimedia message, and judging whether the corresponding multimedia messaging service terminal uses the multimedia messaging service for the first time or not, if yes, forwarding the welcome multimedia message. The present invention implements transmission of the welcome multimedia message to a user by transmitting the preset welcome multimedia message to the terminal using multimedia messaging service for the first time, the method and system are implemented simply, add a new service mode, give the user a friendly hint of the first use, benefit to excite the user to use more services.</p> |
