Disclosed is a flexible connection device which comprises a fan fixing disk (521) and a magnet fixing disk (522), with permanent magnets (255) uniformly distributed on the outer circumference surface of the magnet fixing disk; soft magnets (104) are uniformly provided in the circumference surface of an inner cavity of the disk body of the fan fixing disk in a manner corresponding to the permanent magnets. The magnet fixing disk drives the fan fixing disk to rotate, and the direction of the attractive force from the magnetic field points from the outer circumference surface of the magnet fixing disk to the centre of the disk body of the magnet fixing disk, which thereby causes radial forces acting on respective transmission bearings to counterbalance each other, and achieves a normal rolling state for the cylinder rollers or balls arranged between the inner races and the outer races of the transmission bearings in the disk bodies, so that the problem that the transmission bearings leak lubricating oil/grease due to single side eccentric wear of the cylinder rollers or the balls can be avoided. At the same time, a manufacturing method for the flexible connection device and a vehicle electromagnetic fan clutch using the flexible connection device are provided.
