Provided is a catalyst composition with which a hard polyurethane foam can be manufactured. The polyurethane foam has excellent heat insulation performance, does not corrode foaming equipment, and the catalyst is not precipitated even if mixed with a polyol. The catalyst composition for manufacturing polyurethane resin contains at least one type of amino compound (A) selected from a group comprising the amino compounds represented by formula (1) and the amino compounds represented by formula (2), and glycerin (B).
