Disclosed are a transmission method and device for uplink feedback information in an access link in the context of carrier aggregation. By applying the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the carrier aggregation technology is used to select different member carriers as a principal member carrier in the access link, so as to transmit uplink feedback information of the corresponding transmission process. Therefore it is possible, according to the particular transmission process, to select the member carrier which can transmit uplink feedback information normally to be the principal member carrier, so as to avoid loss of transmitted information caused by the clashing of sub-frame resources occupied by the access link and other links on the same member carrier, and to ensure the normal transmission of uplink feedback information in the access link.
